Mesmerizing

Hola amigos, I'm pleasantly excited as write this. Cloud nine, seventh heaven, top of the world or bliss, whatever you call it, i would certainly nod my head. I'm carrying a big grin on my face along with a fresh lime juice in my hand... There could be many reasons but only two of them could be posted here. In addition to many lovely things that decorated the day so far, since early hours, two of them strongly WOW-ed me. One is Tata Safari Dicor ad (It has always been one of my favorites) and the Praan song (Composed by Rabindranath Tagore). They transported me!!!It is not that these mesmerized me today for the first time but i'm overwhelmed by their sheer power of raphsody and creativity, & I'm purely obsessed to write about their briallance!!!

I am passionate about passionate and worthwhile LIFE, travel, exploring, people, progressing, adventures, outdoors, forests, nature, music and the rest you fill it up....amigos. Sometimes you can't help but get hypnotized or enthralled when some ideas, people, music, songs, or something, when it echoes your deepest tacit philosophies or even small wishes too. And when the essence of that is captured and presented in a perfect and awe-inspiring way....you can't help bowing down in praise.

Tata Safari Dicor Ad is one of the best ads I have seen in the recent past. It is perfect creative harmony among the concept, visuals, music and car's core capabilities, hitting the nail on head or shooting an arrow right through the customers' hearts. Music definitely resembles Gladiator's.

Here is our advertise-meant in a nutshell:

Philosophy: Reclaim your life

Motto: Meaningful Living worth looking back

Words on the Visuals: If you look back in your life, what would you remember? .....

Background song: You can dowload it at: Song; Lisa Gerrard I guess!!!

Lyrics: Life goes by without you knowing,

Can you feel it pass you by

Can you feel it pass you by

Can you feel it pass you by.

Agency: I'm seriously hunting for these guys...with resume...

SECOND ONE is a song called Praan. It was written by Rabindranath Tagore in Bangla. It is very spiritual and philosophical but not dry. At first I did not understand Bengali lyrics but after much toil i got the english version. Here is the song :

Bhulbona ar shohojete

Shei praan e mon uthbe mete

Mrittu majhe dhaka acheje ontohin praan

Bojre tomar baje bashi

She ki shohoj gaan

Shei shurete jagbo ami (Repeat 3X)

Shei jhor jeno shoi anonde

Chittobinar taare

Shotto-shundu dosh digonto

Nachao je jhonkare!

Bojre tomar baje bashi

She ki shohoj gaan

Shei shurete jagbo ami (Repeat 3X)

English :"Stream of Life":

The same stream of life that runs through my veins night and day runs through the world and dances in rhythmic measures. It is the same life that shoots in joy through the dust of the earth in numberless blades of grassand breaks into tumultuous waves of leaves and flowers. It is the same life that is rocked in the ocean-cradle of birth and of death, in ebb and in flow. I feel my limbs are made glorious by the touch of this world of life. And my pride is from the life-throb of ages dancing in my blood this moment.

And it is coincidence that this song is used as background music for one of the beautiful videos which you would love to watch for sure. Confluence of amazing things, amigo...here is the video:

P.S: Is it love, when you feel that you want "that" person to treat you exclusivley, intimately and...and u feel u r ever ready to be with her come what may? Is it that...hahahaha. Anyways, Happy Valentine Day:)

St Valentine, Cupid & Bal(s) Thackrey

Valentine Day: A day when St Valentine; naked, little chubby fellow with wings and bunch of arrows and Balls Thackeray have a tete e tete (add one more tete and read it!)
A much awaited day by Shive sena, sri ram sena, lotus group, Five fingers to you group and the ilk with a fervor and intensity in no way comparable with the cupid’s victims. They say there is madness in love but we would see love in madness on this day. Just wait and watch.
Even the Copernicus tells you that it is not the sun that makes the world go round, as intensely as any businessman. Apparels, perfumes, beauty products, entertainment services, gifts, books, theatres, music, chocolate industries and what not… have been encashing on this popular feeling n emotion since time immemorial. All this V day is just another excuse to pay a token tribute to this business-friendly emotion. Celebrators, either aware or the dumb-wits, are just consumers and form critical mass from demand side.

Lo & behold, here comes another aggressive set of EXPLOITERS (yeah, they exploit “V day” resource for political mileage), who proclaim to protect our “Culture” by stalling these V-day activities. And extension of this drama is formation of groups that are supported by the rest of the political parties. It seems their motto is “anti anti V-day” and want to gives roses for free in the city.

People of the second paragraph support V-day and would be more than happy if janta celebrates and indulges in festivities. Read as buying, using and consuming. And people in their neighboring (third) paragraph are all jet-set to create havoc for those who celebrate. And some want to act as saviors. But my question of interest is, during these times of recession, whom do you support if you claim to be concerned about India and her economy?

I would support all of them; it is because:

People who are for V day, definitely celebrate (let them celebrate in any way) by consuming either products or services. It adds to the day’s economic activity of our country. Shoots up GDP. So are my thumbs up for these cracked eggs.

Political assholes and their aide, who are against this, would surely need thousands of hooligans (unemployed loitering men) and months of preparation to execute their plan countrywide. This ensures that somebody gets employment, which keeps them occupied and fetches some lucre into their wallet. Unemployment decreases….Shoots up GDP.

On the V-day, people that paint the town Red and others who pain these Painters by breaking loose in public parks, ok ok sort of hotels n restaurants (do observe…they never attack Taj, Le Meridian, Little Italy sorts) and (wo)man handling the roadside Juliets and Romeos (yes, even Hir n Ranjas too). The consequence of this is snowball effect and is economic windfall for the country’s commerce. Doctors get more patients, drugs are sold more, more repair services, more TRP, pre/on/aftermath increase in media…and the list of spin-offs is endless. Shoots up GDP.

If you really favour country’s economic growth, you would support them all.

P.S: If you love someone, every moment spent in her presence is special. You would always want to gift her, pamper her or wtever. Any excuse chalega. So V-day could be treated as just another excuse…hehe. BTW, my sis, Kavya's birthday is on 14th of Feb.
