T-RUTH

When a person is taken by the unbearable mixture of shock, agony, torture, excruciating pain, betrayal and missing, that too when she is young, she wallows and writhes like a fishtaken out of water, in that hell for that ineffable pain.May be they seek something from all the directions, the known and the unknown. Then she got some words arranged in permuatations & combination, that unfolded some truth which she could hardly want to know. That string of words is the poem below:

Ready or not, some day it will all come to an end.
There will be no more sunrises, no minutes, hours or days.
All the things you collected, whether treasured or forgotten will pass to someone else.
Your wealth, fame and temporal power will shrivel to irrelevance.
It will not matter, what you owned or what were owed.
Your grudges, resentments, frustration and jealousies will finally disappear.
So too, hopes, ambitions, plans and to-do lists will expire. T
he wins and losses that once were so important will fade away.
It won't matter where you came from or what side of the tracks you lived at the end.
It won't matter whether you were beautiful or brilliant, young or old, good or bad,
weak or healthy.
Even your gender and skin colour will be irrelevant.

So, what will matter ? How will the value of your days be measured ?..
What will matter is
Not what you bought, but what you built.
Not what you got, but what you gave.
Not your success, but your significance.
Not what you learned, but what you taught.
Not your competence, but your character.
Not how many people you knew, but how many will feel a losing loss when you're gone.
Not the memories, but memories that live in those who loved you.
Not how many relationships you had for fun, but how many you gave up to find fun in One promised relationship.

What will matter is every act of integrity, compassion, commitment, love, courage
and sacrifice that enriched, empowered, encouraged others to emulate your example.
What will matter is how long you will be remembered, by whom and for what?
Living a life that matters, doesn't happen by accident.
It's not a matter of circumstance but of choice and your commitment to that.

What is the title of this post?

Have you got that?
What is it?How can you improve it?

Ok by now u might have got it.Particularly in this faithfully western-aping world your Intelligence Quotient(IQ) seems very important, isn't it? But what is intelligence really? It can be seen in different forms. Now try these wonderful EQ and or IQ tests, to find out for yourself at links below:

READABILITY

Hai ,
We all know that whether you're writing a report, letter, blogging or making a powerpoint presentation, to be successful you'll have to tune your message to the adressed target group. The two most important issues to tackle are 'readability' and 'text-level'. There is easy formuala to assese the readability of your text/content.Rudolf Flesh(Ausrian born American) gave these two parameters. They are:

Flesch Reading Ease Score
FRES = 206.835 – (1.015 x ASL) – (84.6 x ASW)

Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level
FKGL = (.39 x ASL) + (11.8 x ASW) – 15.59

ASL = average sentence length (number of words divided by the number of sentences)
ASW = average number of syllables per word (number of syllables divided by number of words)

In FRES,higher scores indicate material that is easier to read; lower numbers mark harder-to-read passages. In FKGL the number you get after simplification indicates the number of years of education required to undersatnd the text.( for example 10 indicates tenth class student)

Companies, governments, institutes specify particular Readability Scores for their documents, forms, and content.
You can calculate these scores at the link below:
http://www.ilovejackdaniels.com/resources/readability-score/

or in your MS Word:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling & Grammar tab.
  2. Select the Check grammar with spelling check box.
  3. Select the Show readability statistics check box, and then click OK
  4. On the Standard toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.), click Spelling and Grammar .
When Microsoft Word finishes checking spelling and grammar, it displays information about the reading level of the document.

The score of this page is :

Flesch-Kincaid Reading Ease: 38

Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level: 11
